在硫、磷混酸介质中,以花青为还原剂,采用分光光度法测定镀锌白色钝化液中的铬(Ⅵ),利用过氧化氢氧化铬(Ⅲ)测定钝化液中的铬(Ⅲ)。阐述了该方法的测量步骤,探讨了测量波长、酸度、反应温度、时间、花青用量及共存离子对测量结果的影响。结果表明,当铬(Ⅵ)浓度为0-1 04μg/mL时,所测吸光度与铬(Ⅵ)间的关系遵守比耳定律。与常用的硫酸亚铁铵滴定法相比,该方法准确度更高。
In the mixed media of sulfur and phosphorous, the chromaffin is used as the reductant, the chromium (VI) in the galvanized white passivation solution is determined by spectrophotometry, the chromium in the passivation solution is measured by the chromium (III) (III). The measurement procedure of the method is described. The effects of measuring wavelength, acidity, reaction temperature, time, the amount of cyanine and coexisting ions on the measurement results are discussed. The results show that when the concentration of chromium (Ⅵ) is 0-1 04 μg / mL, the relationship between measured absorbance and chromium (Ⅵ) obeys Beer’s law. Compared with the common ferrous ammonium sulfate titration method, the method is more accurate.
