以通过盆栽试验获得的一年生杨柴幼苗为试材,利用叶绿荧光参数分析不同浓度多效唑(0、150、300、450、600mg·L~(-1))对杨柴幼苗抗旱性的影响,以期筛选出提高杨柴抗旱性的最佳多效唑浓度。结果表明:轻度干旱条件下,150~600mg·L~(-1)多效唑处理对杨柴的ETR、Yield、Fv/Fm、Fv′/Fm′、Fv/Fo表现为促进作用,且促进作用随多效唑浓度升高先加强后减弱,多效唑浓度过高则会显著抑制qN(P<0.05)。采用隶属函数法对杨柴各项荧光指标进行综合评价,得出300mg·L~(-1)的多效唑对一年生杨柴幼苗抗旱性的增强效果最佳。
The annual yeats seedlings obtained through pot experiment were used as materials to analyze the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol (0, 150, 300, 450, 600 mg · L -1) on the drought resistance of seedlings of Yang Chai, With a view to screening out the best to increase the drought resistance of Poplar best paclobutrazol concentration. The results showed that under mild drought conditions, the effects of paclobutrazol (150 ~ 600 mg · L -1) on ETR, Yield, Fv / Fm, Fv ’/ Fm’ As the concentration of paclobutrazol increased first and then decreased, the concentration of paclobutrazol significantly inhibited qN (P <0.05). The membership function method was used to evaluate the fluorescence indexes of Yangchai. The results showed that the effect of 300mg · L -1 paclobutrazol to enhance the drought resistance of annual seedlings was the best.
