本文将轧机与轧件视为一个系统,建立一个8自由度振动系统作为预应力轧机垂直方向振动的理论模型;分析了轧件等效弹簧刚度变化对系统各阶固有频率和振型的影响,从而将变刚度系统简化为常刚度系统进行计算,并采用振型叠加法对轧辊、机架横梁、拉杆和地脚螺栓的动荷系数以及在各阶共振条件下轧机的动刚度等进行了理论分析与计算。文中提出的动力分析方法也适用于一般轧机。
In this paper, rolling mill and rolling stock are regarded as a system, and a 8-DOF vibration system is established as a theoretical model of vertical direction vibration of prestressing mill. The influence of equivalent spring stiffness of rolling stock on natural frequency and mode shape of each stage of the system is analyzed. So that the system of variable stiffness is reduced to a system of constant stiffness and the modal superposition method is used to calculate the dynamic load coefficient of the rollers, frame beams, tie rods and anchor bolts and the dynamic stiffness of the rolling mill under various resonance conditions Analysis and calculation. The dynamic analysis method proposed in this paper is also suitable for the general rolling mill.
