以“985高校”图书馆为研究样本,采用图书馆整体人力资本存量、图书馆专业型人力资本存量两个指标来度量图书馆人力资本的体量和质量。统计结果表明,“985高校”图书馆的整体人力资本存量波动较大,图书馆专业型人力资本存量值较为稳定;员工数与整体人力资本存量呈正相关关系,与专业型人力资本存量呈负相关关系。认为图书馆要保持快速、可持续发展,必须加强高层次、高学历、高素质专业型人力资本的投资和管理。
Based on the “985 universities” library, this paper takes the total human capital stock in the library and the professional human capital stock in the library as two indexes to measure the quantity and quality of human capital in the library. The statistical results show that the overall stock of human capital in the “985 University” library fluctuates greatly, and the stock of professional human capital in the library is relatively stable. The number of employees has a positive correlation with the total stock of human capital and the stock of professional human capital Negative correlation. In order to maintain rapid and sustainable development of the library, we must strengthen the investment and management of high-level, highly educated and high-quality professional human capital.
