目前,许多化工、轻工生产仍然是分批的、间歇性的。生产过程中切换动作频繁,需要扳动的阀门很多,因此,在为这类过程编制程序控制线路时,就不易照顾周到;而一旦有顾此失彼的疏忽,就将留下误动作的隐患。我们在进行非那西丁车间自动化设计中,找到了一种简单的、标准化的程控编制隐法。这种方法,从节约控制元件(如继电器)的意义上说未必是最优的,但它却具有容易掌握、容易校对的特点,並且也还是比较节约控制元件的。
At present, many chemical and light industry production is still batch and intermittent. During the production process, the switching actions are frequent and there are many valves that need to be pulled. Therefore, it is not easy to take care of programming control lines for such processes. However, once the negligence is neglected, the potential for misoperation will be left. We have found a simple, standardized programming implicit method in the automation of phenacetin workshop design. This method may not be optimal in the sense of saving control elements such as relays, but it is easy to master and easy to calibrate, and it is still relatively economical to control components.
