肥胖的人和糖尿病人经常要选择“无糖食品”。严格说,无糖食品并不是真正无糖。对食品中的“糖”,应该有两种解释:一种是营养学上的“糖”,另一种是我们平常说的“食用糖”。
Obese and diabetic people often have to choose “sugar-free food.” Strictly speaking, sugar-free foods are not really sugar-free. There are two explanations for the “sugar” in foods: one is nutritionally “sugar” and the other is “food sugar” that we usually use.
