公立医院中固定资产的管理关系到医院的正常运行,关系到医疗、教学等的发展。我国深化医疗卫生体制,医院为了提高固定资金的安全性和完整性,需要加强管理,从而保证企业实现可持续发展。那么,如何做好固定资产的管理成为公立医院管理者关心的焦点之一。为此,文章将就公立医院固定资产管理中存在的一些问题进行简单的分析,进而提出相应的解决建议,希望能够有助于医院资产的管理。
The management of fixed assets in public hospitals is related to the normal operation of hospitals and the development of medical treatment and teaching. In order to deepen the health care system in our country, in order to improve the safety and completeness of the fixed capital, the hospital needs to strengthen its management so as to ensure its sustainable development. So, how to do the management of fixed assets has become one of the focuses of public hospital managers. To this end, the article will briefly analyze the existing problems in the management of fixed assets in public hospitals, and then put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions, hoping to help the management of hospital assets.
