借助大型环道,对热油管道的停输再启动特点以及相关影响因素进行了现场条件下的全面试验研究。首次测得了埋地管道停输过程中管内不同径向位置处油温的变化数据。试验所测量得到的停输温降、启动压力、压力波速情况以及各因素对启动过程定量的影响程度结果,对于停输再启动的计算研究具有重要参考价值。
With the help of a large ring road, a comprehensive experimental study under field conditions was carried out on the characteristics of the restart and shutdown of the hot oil pipeline and the related influencing factors. For the first time, the change of oil temperature at different radial positions in the pipe during the shutdown of buried pipelines was measured. The measured temperature drop, start pressure and pressure wave velocity measured by the test and the influence degree of each factor on the quantitative impact of start-up process have important reference value for the study of stop-start and restart operation.
