大化水电站位于红水河中游。红水河是广西含沙量最大的一条河流,汛期含沙量较大以悬移质为主。坝址实测最大含沙量9公斤/立方米,多年平均含沙量0.73公斤/立方米,多年平均输沙量4590万吨。鉴于大化电站下游已建成运行的恶滩水电站枢纽第一期工程泥沙淤积严重,因此,本工程需考虑排沙问题。要求在水电厂房各机组的进水口前缘设置排沙廊道,做到“门前清”,以减少过机泥沙量及防止泥沙淤堵厂房进水口。
Dahua Hydropower Station is located in the middle reaches of the Red River. Hongshuihe is the largest sediment-laden river in Guangxi with a large amount of sediment in the flood season. The maximum sediment concentration measured at the dam site is 9 kg / m3, with an average sediment concentration of 0.73 kg / m3 for many years and an average of 45.9 million tons of sediment for many years. In view of the serious sedimentation of the first phase of the Eotan Hydropower Station, which has been completed and operated in the downstream of Dahua Power Station, sediment discharge should be considered in this project. It is required to set up a drainage corridor at the water intake front of each unit of a hydropower plant so as to reduce the amount of excess sediment and prevent sediment silting in the water inlet of the plant.
