随着社会经济的发展和人民群众法治意识的增强,各种社会矛盾以诉讼形式不断进入司法领域。就目前而言,民众的诉求主要集中在民生问题上。民生检察建设以关注民生问题为切入点,将解决人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的切身利益问题,作为检察工作的根本出发点和落脚点;这对我们深入了解人民群众的诉求、提高执法工作的质量和水平提出了更高的要求。只有立足民生检察,使人民群众的合法权益得到切实维护,才能提升社会公众对检察机关的信任程度,增强检察公信力。因此,检察机关要关注民生问题,立足检察职能,把解决民生问题放在首位,依法惩治损害群众利益的各类犯罪行为。
