为探讨干咽、湿咽和固咽时食管体部运动功能,采用低顺应性灌注导管系统测定了30例健康志愿者干咽、湿咽和固咽时食管体部蠕动波幅、持续时间、传导速度及特殊蠕动波的发生百分比(包括非蠕动性收缩波、继发性收缩波)。结果显示固咽时食管近、中段的蠕动波幅高于干、湿咽,各段的蠕动持续时间均明显高于干咽和湿咽(均P<0.01),蠕动传导速度则显著降低(均P<0.05)。另外,干咽的非蠕动性收缩波发生百分比最多,占32.8%±28.3%,显著高于湿咽(11.4%±13.5%)和固咽(19.3%±19.1%)(均P<0.05)。故认为固咽时测压比干咽时更优越。
In order to explore the function of esophageal motility during dry pharynx, wet pharynx and pharyngeal pharynx, the peristaltic amplitude, duration and conduction of esophageal body in 30 healthy volunteers were measured by low compliance perfusion catheter system. Speed and the occurrence of special peristalsis waves (including non-peristaltic contraction wave, secondary contraction wave). The results showed that the amplitude of peristalsis in the proximal and middle esophagus was higher than that in the dry and wet pharyngeal pharynx. The duration of peristalsis in each segment was significantly higher than that in the dry pharynx and the wet pharynx (all P <0.01), while the peristalsis velocity was significantly decreased <0.05). In addition, the percentage of non-peristaltic contractile waves in dry pharynx was the highest, accounting for 32.8% ± 28.3%, significantly higher than that of wet pharyngeal (11.4% ± 13.5%) and solid pharyngeal (19.3% ± 19.1%) (all P <0.05).
