激光修调产品生产工艺在我国刚开始发展应用,许多设计人员对于激光修调产品的设计缺少相关经验。文章采用型号为ESI9XXX激光修调设备,通过改变对修调结果有重大影响的几个参数进行各项试验,总结出适合激光修调设备的金属熔丝参数为产品设计人员提供指引,使设计的产品适合于激光修调设备,可减少新品的调试时间,提高所设计产品的良率,有利于激光修调工艺在国内能更快的推广和应用。
Laser trimming product manufacturing process in China has just started to develop applications, many designers for laser trimming product design lack of relevant experience. The article adopts the model ESI9XXX laser trimming equipment, and conducts various experiments by changing several parameters that have a significant influence on the trimming result.
