合成了一类可以热分解产生磺酸的三元树脂,并系统考察了不同磺酸酯的热分解特性及其对树脂水溶解性变化的影响。三元树脂由乙烯基磺酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与甲基丙烯酸(MAA)按不同的配比共聚而成。通过 DSC、TG、IR等分析发现,三元树脂的稳定性和热分解温度主要依赖磺酸酯的种类和取代基,适当调整分子结构中磺酸酯以及羧酸的含量,热处理后的树脂薄膜可以在中性水中完全溶解。由于这类树脂的热解可以导致水不溶向水溶的转换,因而有可能在构筑中性水处理,甚至,“免处理”的环保型热敏成像材料中得到应用。
A kind of ternary resin which can be thermally decomposed to produce sulfonic acid was synthesized. The thermal decomposition characteristics of different sulfonate esters and their influence on the water solubility of the resin were systematically investigated. Ternary resin from vinyl sulfonate, methyl methacrylate (MMA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) according to the different ratio of copolymer. The results of DSC, TG and IR showed that the stability and thermal decomposition temperature of the ternary resin mainly depend on the type and substituent of the sulfonic acid ester. The contents of the sulfonic acid ester and the carboxylic acid in the molecular structure are appropriately adjusted. The heat-treated resin film It can be completely dissolved in neutral water. Since the pyrolysis of these resins can result in the conversion of water-insoluble to water-soluble, it is possible to find applications in the construction of neutral water treatment, or even “hands-free” environmentally friendly thermographic imaging materials.
