苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾说:“善于分析自己劳动的教师才能成为一名优秀的有经验的教师。”教师的教学过程既是一个教学设计的物化再现过程,又是一个教学创造性活动过程。教学后记作为完整教学过程的最为重要的一个环节,它是教师授课后教学总结与反思的最好形式。在教学实践过程中,教师在讲授完一节课后,对教学过程进行适当地回顾、整理、总结,对于教师诊断教学、迅速接收反馈信息、完善教案、改进教学、总结积累教学经验以及进一步探索教育教学规律等都具有十分重要的理论和实践价值。那么到底应该怎样来写教学后记,教学后记到底应该写些什么,本文就此谈点体会。
