以3-乙酰吡啶(APAD)作为辅酶而设计的微量酶比色法检测恶性疟原虫乳酸脱氢酶活性。结果显示:PLDH的OD值随恶性疟原虫率的提高而明显升高,特别是当原虫率达1%以上时,PLDH的OD值更显著,但在低原虫率(0.4%以下)时,阳性血样与阴性血样OD值有时错位或不能区别。同时显示,同样的原虫率血样裂殖体(S)和滋养体(T)期比环状体(R)期PLDH的OD值明显升高。
Plasmodium falciparum lactate dehydrogenase activity was assayed by a trace enzyme assay using 3-acetylpyridine (APAD) as a coenzyme. The results showed that the OD value of PLDH was significantly increased with the increase of Plasmodium falciparum, especially when the parasite rate was over 1%, the OD value of PLDH was more significant. However, at the low parasitic rate (below 0.4%) , Positive blood samples and negative blood samples OD values sometimes misplaced or can not be distinguished. Simultaneously, the OD value of PLDH in the same protozoal schistosome (S) and trophozoite (T) phases was significantly higher than that in the annulus (R) phase.
