宋人吴自牧的《梦粱录》卷三和孟元老的《东京梦华录》卷九都详细记载了宋朝国宴的过程和完整菜单,从中我们可以了解当时宫廷宴饮的一些情况。
Song Wu Zuo Mu “Dream Sorrow” volume three and Meng Yuanlao’s “Tokyo dream” recorded nine detailed records of the Song Dynasty state banquet process and a complete menu, from which we can understand the court banquet some of the circumstances.
