目的通过对移植前胚胎进行基因芯片检查,筛选出最常发生整倍体变异的染色体,为降低畸形胎儿的怀孕率提供重要依据。方法对219例行胚胎植入的高龄孕妇的移植前胚胎进行基因芯片检查,并对基因芯片中发现非整倍体异常的病例进行FISH杂交验证。结果在异常胚胎里,染色体发生单处异常在16号染色体发生的几率最高,而染色体发生多处异常在15号染色体发生的几率最高。结论 15、16号染色体可能是影响胚胎停育的染色体,15、16号染色体的非整倍体异常可能是导致高龄孕妇早期流产的主要染色体。
Objective To screen the chromosomes of the preimplantation embryos by gene chip, and to screen the chromosomes which cause the most frequent euploid variation, so as to provide an important basis for reducing the pregnancy rate of the deformed fetus. Methods 219 preimplantation embryos were implanted into preimplantation embryos for gene chip examination and FISH hybridization was performed on the cases of aneuploidy found in the gene chip. The results in abnormal embryos, chromosomal abnormalities occur at chromosome 16 the highest probability of occurrence of multiple chromosomal abnormalities in chromosome 15 the highest risk. Conclusion chromosomes 15 and 16 may be the chromosomes that affect the suspension of embryos. Aneuploidy abnormalities on chromosomes 15 and 16 may be the major chromosomes leading to early miscarriage in the elderly.
