焊接是制造业的重要工艺,然而焊接时产生大量有害物质对职业接触者的健康造成很大危害。流行病学研究表明,焊工是呼吸道疾病的高发人群,可导致呼吸道炎症、电焊工尘肺、慢性锰中毒等〔1〕。电焊烟尘是焊接车间的主要污染物,危害最大。研究发现电焊烟尘会弥散并悬浮停留在6~8 m高度的空间层,采用屋顶风机无法将其排尽,常用的混合通风效果也不甚理想。因此采用有效的通风措施,降低作业区有害物质浓度,成为长期亟待解决的问
Welding is an important manufacturing process. However, the large amount of harmful substances produced during welding causes great harm to the health of occupational contacts. Epidemiological studies have shown that the welder is a high risk population of respiratory diseases, can lead to respiratory inflammation, pneumoconiosis, chronic manganese poisoning [1]. Welding dust is the main pollutant welding workshop, the most damaging. The study found that the welding fume disperses and suspends in the space layer of 6 ~ 8 m height, the roof fan can not exhaust it, and the commonly used mixed ventilation is not ideal. Therefore, the adoption of effective ventilation measures to reduce the concentration of hazardous substances in the work area has become a long-standing problem to be solved
