弯曲成形法对抛物面零件进行高速研磨时,磨具磨损保持不均匀性,需对磨具进行修整,在人力、物力、财力有较大的浪费。通过研究固着磨料磨具的磨料密度分布可控性,通过磨具上不同位置磨料密度的分布情况解决此难题。对密度不均匀分布的磨具研磨试验的结果进行分析,计算磨具磨损后与理论抛物线廓形的误差值,与相同条件下一般均匀密度的磨具实验结果进行比较,得到的结论:磨具磨料密度分布的趋势是可行的,是肯定的,以此作为磨具制作的理论依据,在进行抛物面高速研磨加工中,达到降低磨具磨损的不均匀程度、减少磨具修整的次数的目的。

As a theoretical basis for the abrasive production, the purpose of reducing the abrasion unevenness of the abrasive and reducing the number of dressing of the abrasive is achieved during high-speed paraboloid grinding.
