本文研究了用苯萃取TTA-甲基蓝-镁的络合物以比色测定微量镁的方法。TTA-甲基蓝-镁络合物的最大吸收峰在670毫微米,试剂的吸收峰在500毫微米。显色时合适的pH范围为10.1—11.4。在10毫升苯中含有0—6微克镁服从比尔定律。在酒石酸钾、EGTA、亚铁氰化钾等掩蔽剂存在下。一般常见的干扰元素可允许存在15倍以上不干扰测定。可直接应用于四氯化(?)中0.001%以上镁的测定。方法具有简便、快速的优点。
In this paper, the method of benzene extraction TTA-methyl blue-magnesium complexes for the determination of trace magnesium colorimetric method. The maximum absorption peak of TTA-methyl blue-magnesium complex is 670 nm, and the absorption peak of the reagent is 500 nm. The suitable pH range for color development is 10.1-11.4. Beer’s law is obeyed with 0-6 micrograms of magnesium in 10 milliliters of benzene. In the presence of potassium tartrate, EGTA, potassium ferrocyanide and other masking agents.
