企业经营方式的改革应当随着市场化程度的不断提升而深入推进,经营方式改革不是僵化不变的,更不应是停滞不前的。为此本文基于这种动态效应对企业经营方式改革的重要意义做了深入的分析研究。归纳总结了当前我国企业经营方式改革的现状,其中对影响中小企业经营方式改革的问题做了重点分析,在此基础上提出了经营方式改革应当结合股权改革、管理体系改革、人力资源战略管理改革三个方面的具体建议。
The reform of the mode of operation of enterprises should be further promoted with the continuous improvement of marketization. The reform of mode of operation is not rigid and should not be stagnant. Therefore, based on this kind of dynamic effect, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the significance of the reform of the mode of operation of the enterprise. Summarizes the current situation of the reform of the management mode of our country’s enterprises, in which the key problems that affect the reform of the mode of operation of the small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed. On this basis, it is suggested that the management mode reform should combine the reform of the equity, the management system and the strategic management of human resources Three aspects of the specific recommendations.
