省外经贸委于4月26日召开领导干部“三讲”教育动员大会。省外经贸委领导黄子强、廖国济、黄志炜、古锦堂、黄永智、招玉芳等出席了大会。委直属各单位、委机关各处室、省外商投资局等600多人参加了会议。去年11月份,中共中央下发了98—17号文件,决定集中一段时间,在全国县级以上的党政领导班子和领导干部当中深入开展“讲学习,讲政冶,讲正气”活动。这是进一步落实十五大精神,深入学习邓小平理论,加强思想政治建设,提高领导班子素质的重要教育。是跨世纪发展需要的重要战略部署。
