水稻白叶枯病是由稻黄单胞菌水稻致病变种引起的一种顽固性维管束细菌病害,目前尚无有效的药剂进行防治。首次选用10亿活孢子/g的皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌对水稻白叶枯病进行了防治试验,采用叶面喷雾、灌根、喷雾+灌根等3种处理方法。试验结果表明:采用喷雾+灌根的组合处理方法对水稻白叶枯病的防治效果最佳,防效可达到90.49%,其次为灌根防治效果较好,可达到86.65%,该菌剂同时可有效促进水稻生长并提高水稻产量,处理后的叶面和根系周围土壤的有益菌皮尔瑞俄类芽孢杆菌菌落数明显增加。
Rice bacterial leaf blight is a stubborn vascular disease caused by rice pathogenic mutant of Y. monocytogenes. At present, there are no effective agents for prevention and treatment. For the first time, 1 billion viable spores per gram of Bacillus pumilorum were used to control bacterial leaf blight in rice. Three treatment methods were foliar spray, irrigation and spray + irrigation. The results showed that the combined treatment with spraying + irrigation was the best to control bacterial leaf blight, the control effect was 90.49%, followed by irrigation control was better, reaching 86.65% Which can effectively promote the growth of rice and increase the yield of rice. After treatment, the number of colonies of Bacillus cereus was significantly increased in treated leaves and soil around the root system.
