Objective: To investigate the content of IL - 10 and IL - 18 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in patients with peripheral non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to explore its significance. Conclusion: The correlation between IL - 10 and IL - 18 in local microenvironment of non - small cell lung cancer is different from that of IL - 10 and IL - 18 in local microenvironment of inflammatory lesions. The levels of IL - 18, The differential diagnosis of non - small cell lung cancer with IL - 10 also has some reference value.
