快速生成载人航天器三维外形模型是载人航天器数字化设计手段应用中的一个重要问题。以一个构型类似星辰号服务舱的载人航天器作为研究对象,研究了一种载人航天器外形参数化模型,包括总体轮廓参数化模型和剖面形状参数化模型。基于该模型,应用CATIA二次开发技术,编制了能自动生成载人航天器三维外形的CAD模型程序。应用算例表明,提出的参数化模型和所开发的程序能快速生成各种不同的载人航天器三维外形模型。
Rapid generation of manned spacecraft three-dimensional shape model is a manned spacecraft digital design means an important issue in the application. Taking a manned spacecraft with a similar configuration as the Star No. service module, a parametric model of manned spacecraft profile was studied, including the overall profile parameterization model and the profile shape parameterization model. Based on the model, the CATIA secondary development technology was used to develop the CAD model program that can automatically generate the 3D shape of the manned spacecraft. The application examples show that the proposed parametric model and the developed program can rapidly generate various three-dimensional manned spacecraft model.
