本文利用Waters490型检测器的特性,将双波长分光光度法原理用于严重重叠的色谱峰的检测,分别测定了复方氯丙嗪片中盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪的含量。工作曲线线性良好,与文献报道方法比较,结果相符。 基本原理 Waters 490型检测器有4个检测通道(Channel),每一通道为一检测单元。将检测波长λ_1、λ_2分设在通道1、2,两通道的10mV输出(+)端分别连接于740数据处理机的(+)、(-)端。这样记录的信号为两通道的检测信号之差。所以只要选择合适的检测波长
In this paper, using the characteristics of Waters 490 detector, the principle of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to the detection of severely overlapping chromatographic peaks. The contents of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in compound chlorpromazine tablets were determined. The work curve has a good linearity, which is consistent with the reported methods in the literature. Rationale The Waters 490 detector has four detection channels, one for each channel. The detection wavelength λ_1, λ_2 points in the channel 1,2, the two channels of 10mV output (+) were connected to the 740 data processor (+), (-) end. The signal thus recorded is the difference between the detection signals of two channels. So just select the appropriate detection wavelength
