故障现象一辆2008款雅阁CP2轿车,行驶里程约为5 000 km,在正常行驶过程中汽车辅助稳定(VSA)系统和ABS故障灯异常点亮。故障诊断接通点火开关,发现仪表盘上VSA和ABS故障灯常亮。连接HDS,对车辆进行检查,发现HIM(Honda Interface Module,即本田接口模块)不能与VSA系统进行通讯,只能与ECM通讯(图1);读取发动机系统故障代码,无故障代码存储;利用HDS短接维修诊断接口(SCS),读取故障代码为U0122——F-CAN故障,ECM与VSA控制单元。
Symptom A 2008 Accord CP2 sedan with a mileage of about 5 000 km lights abnormally on both the VSA and ABS malfunctioning lights during normal driving. Turn on the ignition and check that the VSA and ABS fault LEDs on the dashboard are always on. Connect the HDS, check the vehicle and found HIM (Honda Interface Module) can not communicate with the VSA system, only with the ECM communication (Figure 1); read the engine system fault code, fault-free code storage; use HDS Short service diagnostics interface (SCS), read fault code U0122 - F-CAN fault, ECM and VSA control unit.
