目的比较 PHP 抗荷动作与 L-1抗荷动作的效果,评价 PHP 动作的价值。方法 64名保健疗养的高性能战斗机飞行员分为两组,采用地面加压供氧锻炼器分别进行 PHP 抗荷动作和 L-1抗荷动作训练。测肱动脉收缩压及心眼距,按经验公式计算飞行员的抗荷能力,对比两组飞行员的抗荷效果。结果两组飞行员的抗荷能力均达到了9G,并能维持10s。做 L-1动作的飞行员反映难以掌握要领,训练吃力;做 PHP 动作训练的飞行员完成后觉得动作容易掌握,省力、轻松。结论 PHP 动作具有良好的抗荷效果,易于掌握,省力,完成起来比较轻松。
Objective To compare the effect of PHP anti-charge action and L-1 anti-charge action to evaluate the value of PHP action. Methods Sixty-four health-care high-performance fighter pilots were divided into two groups. The ground-based pressurized oxygen exerciser was used to train PHP anti-stress and L-1 anti-stress. Measure the brachial artery systolic pressure and heart distance, according to the empirical formula to calculate the pilot’s anti-load capacity, compared with the two groups of pilots anti-load effect. The results of the two groups of pilots have reached the anti-load capacity 9G, and can maintain 10s. Pilots doing L-1 action reflect difficult to master the essentials, training hard; PHP pilots training done after the action is easy to grasp that effort, effortless. Conclusion PHP action has a good anti-Dutch effect, easy to grasp, labor-saving, easier to complete.
