随着社会经济不断发展,我国中小企业取得了进一步发展,且企业之间竞争日益激烈,而企业竞争归根结底是管理的竞争,只有构建良好的管理模式,才能够在竞争中谋取一席之地,企业生命周期理论作为一项具有普遍性、且应用价值极高的理论,能够有效调整经营管理模式的同时,还能够提升企业竞争力。本文将对企业生命周期理论进行分析和研究,并提出建立中小企业管理模式有效途径,旨在为我国中小企业构建管理模式提供指导。
