目的:探讨实施医护一体化查房对护士专业素质和满意度的影响。方法:选取江门市人民医院血液肾内科的22名护士及216名住院患者,实施医护一体化查房6个月后,评价其实施效果。结果:本科室护士的基础理论、专业理论考试得分、专科操作合格率,护理满意度较实施前均有显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化查房能够提高护士专业素质和护理工作满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of the implementation of health care integrated rounds on the professional quality and satisfaction of nurses. Methods: Twenty-two nurses and 216 inpatients were enrolled in Department of Hematology and Nephrology, Jiangmen Municipal People’s Hospital. After six months of integrated medical round-robin examination, the implementation effect was evaluated. Results: The nurses’ basic theory, professional theory examination score, the rate of qualified specialist operation and nursing satisfaction were all improved significantly compared with those before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative WDM can improve the professional quality of nurses and nursing job satisfaction.
