为加强泵站技术经济管理,泵站运行人员迫切需要了解泵站总上水量和单台泵运行流量.目前主要采用“水堰”“流速仪”“流磁流量计”等测流办法.这些办法或使用麻烦、或设备昂贵,有一定的局限性.本文根据液体通过泵进水管道的水力特性,用真空表反映单台流量;根据汇总管的水力特性,用压力表反映总上水流量.用该办法测流简单易行,能满足泵站技术经济管理的要求,是一条解决泵站测流的经济途径,可供有关单位参考,其原理和计算方法如下:
