马铃薯试管苗培养基氮磷钾含量的研究结果表明,培养基中单以铵态氮或尿素作氮源不利于幼苗生长,而完全以硝态氮作氮源,幼苗可正常生长。将MS培养基中氮源调整为(NH4)2SO42000mg/L、KNO33000mg/L,可使植株生长量(鲜重)提高78%,叶片大小(长度)增加16.9%。增加培养基中钾的含量,可促使植株生长粗壮,节间缩短。
The results of the study on the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in potato vitro culture medium showed that ammonium nitrogen or urea alone was not conducive to the growth of seedlings in the medium, while the nitrate nitrogen was used as the nitrogen source completely, and the seedlings could grow normally. The nitrogen concentration in MS medium was adjusted to (NH4) 2SO42000mg / L and KNO33000mg / L, which increased the plant biomass (fresh weight) by 78% and the leaf size (length) by 16.9%.
