常用中药细叶远志 Polygala tenuifolia willd.和细叶百合 Lilium tenuifolium Fisch.(即 L.pumilumDC.)均已收载于1995年版中华人民共和国药典一部。1991年,Ikeya 等从细叶远志的干燥根中分离到4个新的苯丙素甙类(phenylpropanoid glycosides)化合物,命名为细叶远志甙 A,B,C,D(tenuifoliside A,B,C,D)。1996年出版的《中药辞海》第二卷综述了细叶远志根的化学成分,但尚未将这4个新成分收进去。经光谱分析鉴定,细叶远志甙 A~D 的化学结构式如图1和图2所示。A 为黄色无定形粉末,C_(31)H_(38)O_(17),[α]_D~(24)—20.5℃,1.52,MeOH);B 为黄色无定形粉末,C_(30)H_(36)O_(17),[α]_D~(24)—20.8°(c,1.01,MeOH);C 为黄色无定形粉末,C_(35)H_(44)
The commonly used Chinese herbal medicine Polygala tenuifolia willd. and Lilium tenuifolium Fisch. (ie, L. pumilum DC.) have been included in the 1995 edition of the People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia. In 1991, Ikeya et al. isolated four new phenylpropanoid glycosides from the dried roots of Polygala tenuifolia. It was named as Sebastrix A, B, C, D (tenuifoliside A, B, C). , D).
