济宁文体中心体育场下部采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋面采用空间钢管桁架结构。屋面体系由径向主桁架、环向桁架与支撑一起构成。重点介绍了该结构在分析和设计中的关键问题,结构体系的布置及荷载取值。采用ANSYS软件进行了考虑几何及材料非线性的整体稳定性分析,同时对该结构采用的关键节点形式进行了分析,对此类结构的特点进行了探讨。计算分析表明,结构构件的应力比、变形及结构整体稳定性均能满足设计要求,同时通过在设计中采用滑动型节点有效降低了结构的温度效应。
The lower part of Jining Sports Center Stadium adopts the reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roofing adopts the space steel pipe truss structure. The roof system consists of a radial main truss and a hoop truss together with the support. The key problems in the analysis and design of the structure, the arrangement of the structure system and the load values are mainly introduced. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the overall stability considering the geometry and material nonlinearity. At the same time, the key node forms of the structure are analyzed, and the characteristics of such structures are also discussed. The calculation and analysis show that the stress ratio, deformation and overall structural stability of the structural members can meet the design requirements, and the temperature effect of the structure is effectively reduced by adopting the sliding type nodes in the design.
