现场调查的质量控制可考虑从三个阶段着手、研究设计阶段、实施阶段及资料分析阶段。1 研究设计阶段的质量控制制订好调查计划、设计好调查表、认真进行预调查是研究设计阶段质量控制的三要素。任何一种研究计划,都应围绕着研究目的来制订(参见第四讲)。同时要紧密联系实际情况,使计划制订得具体、细致、全面。事先要广泛听取各地有关方面的意见,起草后要在同事中反复地加以讨论修改。在办公室制订好的计划、设计好的表格,在最后定稿、付印之前必须拿到现场去作一次试验性的“预调查”。
The quality control of field surveys can be considered from three stages, research design stage, implementation stage and data analysis stage. 1 Quality Control at the Research and Design Stage The establishment of a survey plan, a well-designed survey form, and a careful pre-survey are the three key elements of quality control during the research and design phase. Any kind of research plan should be formulated around the research purpose (see the fourth lecture). At the same time, we must closely connect with the actual situation so that the plan can be formulated in a specific, detailed and comprehensive manner. It is necessary to extensively listen to the views of relevant parties in various places in advance, and to discuss and revise them repeatedly among colleagues after drafting. Prepare good plans and design forms in the office. Before finalizing and printing, you must get on-site to conduct an experimental “pre-survey.”
