长脉冲激光能量在线测量装置中热桥的存在加剧了热传导的影响,为了定量地确定其大小并对其进行修正开展了此项研究。将温升曲线分成3部分,利用傅里叶定律、热传导方程及能量守恒定律对每一部分逐一进行了分析,得到能量损失的比例与装置参数之间的关系,开展了实验研究,通过对实验数据的拟合,结果表明,热损失比率由脉冲宽度、材料的导热系数、热桥的长度、吸收体的质量等决定。上述参数需根据实验间隔及测量精度要求确定,推导出来的理论值与实验结果一致性较好,其偏差为2.9%。
The presence of a thermal bridge in the on-line measuring device for long pulsed laser energy exacerbates the effects of heat conduction and was investigated in order to quantitatively determine its size and correct it. The temperature rise curve is divided into three parts, the use of Fourier’s law, heat conduction equation and the law of conservation of energy for each part of each one were analyzed to get the ratio of energy loss and the relationship between device parameters, the experimental study carried out by experimental data The results show that the heat loss ratio is determined by the pulse width, the thermal conductivity of the material, the length of the thermal bridge, the mass of the absorber and so on. The above parameters need to be determined according to the experimental interval and the measurement accuracy requirements. The theoretical value derived from the experiment is in good agreement with the experimental result, with a deviation of 2.9%.
