激励是指激发人的动机的心理过程,通过激励使人在某种内部或外部刺激的影响下,始终维持在兴奋的、积极的状态之中。心理学研究揭示,动机是在需要刺激下直接推动人进行活动的内部动力。动机作为心理倾向,具有引起或发动活动的功能,具有维持活动达到目标的功能,同时还具有调节人的行为的功能。因此,在素质教育中实施激励性教育势在必行。
Incentives refer to the psychological processes that motivate people's motivation. Through motivation, people are always kept in an excited and positive state under the influence of some kind of internal or external stimuli. Psychological studies reveal that motivation is the internal motivation that directly motivates people to do activities that need to be stimulated. As a psychological tendency, motivation has the function of arousing or mobilizing an activity, has the function of maintaining an activity to achieve a goal, and at the same time has the function of regulating human behavior. Therefore, the implementation of incentive education in quality education is imperative.
