目的 :通过对重楼中薯蓣皂苷元的传统水解提取法和双相水解提取法进行比较,确定重楼中薯蓣皂苷元的提取方法。方法 :采用正交试验,以高效液相色谱法测定薯蓣皂苷元含量为指标,优化薯蓣皂苷元的两种提取方案。结果 :在各自最佳提取下条件,传统水解和双相水解法薯蓣皂苷元的平均提取率分别为0.6899和0.7689mg·g~(-1)。结论 :薯蓣皂苷元提取率双相水解法高于传统水解提取法,且操作简便、结果准确。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the extraction method of diosgenin in re-building with the traditional hydrolysis extraction and biphasic hydrolysis extraction of diosgenin in re-building. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to determine the content of diosgenin in saponins by HPLC. Two extraction methods of diosgenin were optimized. Results: Under the optimal extraction conditions, the average extraction rates of diosgenin were 0.6899 and 0.7689 mg · g -1, respectively. Conclusion: The extraction rate of diosgenin was higher than that of the traditional hydrolysis extraction method by biphasic hydrolysis method, and its operation was simple and the result was accurate.
