欧盟的共同农业政策给经济增长及对欧洲提供物美价廉食品等方面作出了重要贡献。近年来的改革推动了欧洲农业经济朝着开放市场的方向发展,使其大部分农产品与世界市场价格接轨,并对整个欧洲地区的社会经济发展产生了积极的影响。欧盟的农业政策以及相关的税收政策给我们的启示是:农业和农村问题是整个现代化进程中的重中之重,它是经济结构调整的核心,是改革、发展、稳定关系的关键性环节。
The EU’s common agricultural policy has made an important contribution to economic growth and the provision of affordable food to Europe. In recent years, the reform has promoted the development of European agricultural economy in the direction of opening up the market, keeping most of its agricultural products in line with the world market prices and having a positive impact on the social and economic development of the entire European region. The enlightenment from EU agricultural policies and relevant tax policies is that agriculture and rural areas are the most important part in the entire modernization process. It is the core of economic restructuring and the key link in the reform, development and stability.
