学习成绩优秀、考试排名靠前的学生通常被称为尖子生。他们一般有着共同的特点:勤奋、刻苦、作风踏实、自制力强,学习悟性很高,遵守纪律,很少惹是生非,最让老师和家长省心。另一方面,一些尖子生身上也存在着一些带有共性的问题:以自我为中心、骄横虚伪、冷漠自私、心理脆弱、飞扬跋扈、同学关系紧张等。如何让尖子生发挥更大潜力,发展成为学习能力强、成绩优秀、身心健康、人格健全的全面发展的优秀学生?本刊邀请长期在中小学一线从事德育工作的教师就这一问题进行了探讨。
Students with excellent academic performance and top scores are often referred to as top students. They generally share common characteristics: diligence, hard work, practical work style, strong self-control, high learning syllabus, and discipline, rarely cause trouble, and most teachers and parents worry about. On the other hand, some top students also have some common problems: self-centered, arrogant and hypocritical, indifference and selfishness, fragile psychology, dizziness, and tense relationship among classmates. How to enable top students to develop their potential and develop into excellent students with comprehensive learning ability, excellent performance, physical and mental health, and sound personality? The journal invites teachers who have long been engaged in moral education in the primary and secondary schools to discuss this issue. .
