分布式发电技术(DG)的接入是智能电网的关键技术之一,DG并网后对配电网的电压质量及电压优化控制带来了较大的影响。介绍了近年来国内外学者在计及DG的无功优化控制领域的研究成果和经验,详细分析了各模型的优缺点,认为计及DG的无功优化控制应该从单个地区的动态无功优化逐渐向全网的在线实时无功优化计算进行过渡,对计及DG的无功优化控制的实际开展工作提出建议:应考虑DG是否参与调压的问题;需要关注计及DG的数学模型以及寻优质量、效率问题;深入研究如何实现全网的无功电压优化协调控制,促进和推动电力系统无功优化控制的实时化、全局化、实用化。
