近几年,由于改革开放、社会的发展,教育日益显示出重要的地位,普通高中的特长生,作为高考生源不可或缺的一部分,理所当然地不仅不能弃之于被人遗忘的角落,而且,许多高校不断扩大特长生招生规模,特长生毕业后因在社会上找到了用武之地而逐渐被人们所认可,学校、家长、学生基于校情或生情对特长专业“关注有加”并大有燎原之势。如何在普通高中对学习时间有限的特长生进行有效的文化课辅导,从而为高校输送更多的“专业合格、文化过关”的优秀生呢?笔者结合近几年的理论学习和实践摸索,总结出以下几点:
