在镍磷合金基质镀层中,添加SiC、Al2O3粒子,可形成金属陶瓷复合镀层。研究结果表明,这种复合镀层的组织与滑动磨损性能随着SiC、Al2O3粒子的复合量增加其组织结构发生变化;复合镀层比镍磷镀层具有更高的耐磨性能,400℃×1h时效处理后,磨损性能最佳,且Ni(P)-SiC复合镀层优于Ni(P)-Al2O3。
In the nickel-phosphorus alloy matrix coating, adding SiC, Al2O3 particles, can form a cermet composite coating. The results show that the microstructure and sliding wear properties of the composite coating change with the increase of the composite content of SiC and Al2O3 particles. The composite coating has higher wear resistance than the nickel-phosphorus coating, 400 ℃ × 1h aging treatment , Wear performance is the best, and Ni (P) -SiC composite coating is better than Ni (P) -Al2O3.
