目的观察压力蒸汽灭菌两种化学监测批量放行包的应用情况,提高化学监测结果的准确性。方法采用化学监测和生物监测方法,对自制监测包和标准监测包进行了比较观察。结果A组自制纯棉布巾标准批量放行包和B组3M一次性蒸汽灭菌过程批量放行包相比,两组监测结果合格率无差异;但B组在省时省力方面却优于A组。结论B组3M一次性蒸汽灭菌过程批量放行包使用方便、快捷,不仅化学监测结果判读准确性高,而且使用过程省时省力,能有效提高蒸汽灭菌化学监测工作效率。
Objective To observe the application of two kinds of chemical monitoring batch release packages under pressure steam sterilization to improve the accuracy of chemical monitoring results. Methods The methods of chemical monitoring and biological monitoring were used to compare the homemade monitoring package with the standard monitoring package. Results Compared with the batch release package of 3M disposable steam sterilization process in Group A, there was no difference in the pass rate between the two groups. However, Group B was superior to Group A in saving time and labor. Conclusion Batch 3M disposable steam sterilization process in Group B is convenient and fast. It not only has high accuracy of chemical monitoring results but also saves time and labor. It can effectively improve the efficiency of steam sterilization chemical monitoring.
