实验方法一、实验动物:平均22.3gm以上成熟的小白鼠。实验前雌雄隔离饲养四周。实验进行期间也以同样条件雌雄分离饲养。动物分为三个组:强刺激组、弱刺激组和对照组,每组五只。经载波射流冲击后,一部分作形态观察,另一部分作雌雄交配,观察其生殖机能的变化。二、载波射流的冲击条件及方法:发生器是簧片式的。管道口径(直径)2.0cm,簧片是由锡钢片制成的,呈三角形。气流为压缩空气。照射情况如下表。
Experimental methods 1. Experimental animals: Mice with an average of 22.3 gm or more. Male and female were isolated and kept for four weeks before the experiment. During the experiment, male and female were also separated and fed under the same conditions. The animals were divided into three groups: strong stimulation group, weak stimulation group and control group, with five animals in each group.
