教育的目的就是让学生通过教育活动懂得学习方法,学会待人接物,学会创造。因此教育的本质就是将人作为载体的一系列的教育活动,育人是其核心。作为班主任班级中的最高管理者,同时也是学校教育管理的具体实施者,在班级中落实育人最为重要的还是要以德服人,也就是德育管理在班级管理中的作用十分突出。而本文的研究重点就是以德育为先、育人为本来分析德育管理对班级管理的重要作用,从而提升班级管理水平。
The purpose of education is to enable students to understand learning methods through education activities, learn how to deal with people, learn to create. Therefore, the essence of education is to use people as a carrier for a series of educational activities. Educating people is their core. As the top manager in the class teacher’s class, and also the specific implementer of school education management, the most important thing in the implementation of education in the class is to use morality to serve people, that is, the role of moral education management in class management is very prominent. The research focus of this article is to analyze the important role of moral education management on class management with moral education as the first and education as the basis, so as to improve the management level of the class.
