当前,随着WTO接轨和《烟草控制框架条约》在我国实施时间的日渐临近,提高企业现代管理水平和管理创新再次成为烟草行业必然和迫切的战略选择,其中人力资源的管理变革问题尤其成为行业上下密切关注的热点。作为人力资源管理问题中的关键分支——激励问题如何变革,已成为摆在同行面前的崭新课题。笔者拟从人本角度对行业激励变革的思想基础和前沿激励方法作些初步探讨。
