在阐述了矿区窗口服务涵义和特点的基础上,简要介绍了矿区窗口服务管理与质量评价现状,提出了矿区窗口服务考核评价体系的总体设计及应处理好的几个问题。
On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of the window service in the mining area, the status quo of window service management and quality evaluation in the mining area is briefly introduced. The overall design of the window service appraisal system in mining area and several problems to be solved are put forward.
