青少年是祖国正欲绽放的花蕾,我国青少年的身体素质已经是亟待提高的一个科目。现阶段我国青少年运动中由于强度和力度的不合理性使得很多青少年在运动中受到伤害,虽然运动中受到伤害是在所难免,但是我们却可以做好一切准备工作,提供合理的短跑力量训练,将伤害出现的概率降到最低。所以在我国青少年短跑力量训练时,一定要做好运动损伤的预防工作,注重在损伤发生之后需要进行康复时期的力量训练,根据要求制定合理化训练。
