贵州省国有资产管理局:根据财政部《关于贵州轮胎股份有限公司国家股配售有关问题的批复》(财管字[1999]376号)的精神和贵州省国有资产管理局申请报告,现通知如下:一、同意贵阳市国有资产管理局和贵州轮胎股份有限公司履行信息披露义务,在证监会指定报刊披露《贵州轮胎股份有限公司国家股配售说明书》,实施国家股配售工作。二、负责配售承销工作的证券经营机构在承销期结束后,应在十五个工作日内向证监会提交承销情况的书面报告。
State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Province: In accordance with the spirit of the Reply of the Ministry of Finance on the State-owned Shares Placement of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. (Cai Guan Zi [1999] No.376) issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Province, : I. To agree that Guiyang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. shall perform the obligation of information disclosure, disclose the Guidance Note on the State Shares Placing of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. in the newspapers designated by the CSRC, and implement the state-owned shares placement. Second, the securities business institutions responsible for the placement of underwriting sales shall, within 15 working days after the end of the underwriting period, submit a written report on the underwriting to the CSRC.
